No, utilities are the responsibility of the tenants.  We do however include snow removal, landscaping, and worry-free maintenance.


Yes, renter's insurance is required for all tenants.  However, tenants have the flexibility to choose their preferred insurance provider.


Yes, all properties feature state-of-the-art amenities including electronic keypad entry for all exterior and bedroom doors, WiFi enabled thermostat control, in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, and upgraded appliances.


1.) Schedule your showing (showings book one year in advance for the following semester)
